What this doesn’t cover
We keep this plan focused on keeping your site alive and backed up — it isn’t a substitute for plugin support or custom development. Specifically, not included:
- Restorations beyond 2 per month (billed separately if needed)
- Bug fixes caused by plugin conflicts or plugin behavior — this is plugin support, not maintenance
- Plugin configuration or setup help
- Debugging or fixing issues in custom code
- Emergency same-day fixes
- Large, high-traffic stores — ask us about a tailored plan if that’s you
A note on plugin licenses: this plan covers plugins with active, valid licenses. If a premium plugin’s license has expired, we can’t update it, and it may not behave correctly after a restoration. Keeping licenses active is your responsibility — we’ll flag any we notice, but renewing them isn’t included.
