LOCATION RULES

Country

You can charge extra fees based on the customer’s country. e.g. Apply fees when the shipping country of the customer is the U.S.A.

Zone

Charge fee based on the WooCommerce shipping zone of the customer. e.g. Apply fees when the WooCommerce shipping zone assigned to the customer is “Local delivery zone”

State

Extra fees are based on the customer’s shipping state. e.g. Apply fees, when the state selected by the customer is New York.

Postcode

Charge fees as per the shipping postcode of the customer, you can use complex patterns for postcode range selection. e.g. apply fees when the shipping postcode falls in the range 2000 – 2010

Different shipping address

PRODUCT RULES

Cart has products

Extra fees are applied when the customer has this specific product in their cart. e.g. Charge fees when the user has Product A or B in the cart.

Product Quantity

When the quantity of product in the cart is as per the rule logic. e.g. Charge fees when the quantity of product A in the cart is less than 10 units

The cart has a product tag

When the user cart has a product belonging to these specific tags. e.g. Charge fees when a product with the tag Apple is in the user’s cart

Has Product of category

When products belonging to this category are present in the cart. e.g. Charge fees when the products belonging to Category B are in the cart.

Cat product quantity

When the quantity of product from a specific category is as per the rule. e.g. Charge fees when the total quantity of product in the cart is less than 5 units.

Qty of product from tag

When the quantity of product from the specific tag is as per the rule. e.g. Charge fees when the quantity of product with the tag Apple in the cart is less than 10 units.

Product attribute-based rule

The fee is applied when the variable product with a specific attribute is added to the cart. e.g. you created a rule to apply fee of $10 when user purchase product with attribute size as Extra large

CART RULES

Weight

Charge fees are based on the total weight of the product in the user cart. e.g. Charge fees when the total weight of the cart is less than 20KG

Subtotal (Before discount)

Charge a fee based on the cart subtotal. e.g. Charge fees when the order subtotal is less than $200

Quantity

Charge fees are based on the total quantity of products in the user cart. e.g. Charge fees when the total quantity of product is less than 10 unit

Coupon

Charge fees if the customer applies a specific coupon code. e.g. Charge fees when the user has applied coupon FREE-DISC.

Shipping class

Charge a fee based on the product of specific shipping class presence in the cart. e.g. Charge fees when the user has the product of shipping class Large product in their cart.

Payment Method

Charge a fee based on the payment method selected by the customer. e.g. Charge a fee when the user has opted for the Cash on delivery payment option.

Max product width

Pickup location

Charge a fee based on the pickup location selected by the customer. e.g. Charge them fees when the pickup location selected is A

Delivery type (Delivery/Pickup)

Charge a fee based on the Delivery type selected by the customer. e.g. charge fees when they opt for delivery

Selected delivery date

Charge a fee based on the delivery/pickup date selected by the customer. e.g. charge extra fees when the delivery date is on Christmas

Selected delivery day

Charge a fee based on the day of the delivery date. e.g. you can set it to charge extra fees when the user’s delivery date is Saturday or Sunday.

PURCHASE HISTORY RULES

First order

Charge a fee if this is the user’s first order on your website, this works based on the customer’s email id. e.g. Charge them when they are placing their first order.

Last order

Charge a fee based on the last order total. e.g. charge fees if the customer’s last order subtotal was less than $100

Number of orders during a period

Charge a fee based on the number of orders placed during a time period. e.g. Charge them when they have placed less than 2 orders in the last 6 months

Total amount spend during a period

Charge a fee based on the total amount purchased during a period of time. e.g. Charge them if total shopping done by the customer in last 6 months is less than $2000
